Billing & Payment Policies

Wolf Web accepts Personal & Business Checks or Money Orders.

Wolf Web invoices for hosting services on a minimum 3 month basis. You may also prepay your hosting services for 6 months or 1 year.

Your first invoice will include a one time setup fee ($40.00) plus billing ($20.00/mo.) for a minimum of 3 months hosting services. Your first invoice will be prorated to our next billing period.

Your account will become active and accessible upon receipt of your first payment.

We will send your invoice via email, payment is due upon receipt of the email invoice.

Prompt payment is necessary to ensure uninterrupted service of your account.

Payments are considered late 15 days after the email invoice has been sent.

When making payment, please include the domain name on your payment and remit to:

NOTE: Wolf Web charges a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

Collection Procedures

• Your account becomes overdue 15 days after the date on the email invoice.
• Should your account become overdue, you will receive a reminder via email that we have not received your payment.
• If payment is not received within 5 days of your past due date your service will be suspended.
• If your account becomes more that 30 days past due, your data will be removed from the servers and your account may be referred to a collection agency.

Re-Activation Fee
In the event that your account is deactivated due to nonpayment, your payment must include the $40.00 reactivation fee for the account(s) to be reactivated. You may send us a money order via your choice of overnight courier.

30-day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial activation date, you will be given a full refund excluding setup fees and overages.

Please note: Domain name transfers, non-usage, Internic problems, ISP problems, or any other secondary issues not directly related to Wolf Web's Hosting Services does not qualify an account for refund.

No refunds are available after 30 days of account activation. Accounts terminated by Wolf Web for violating our Acceptable Use Policy do not qualify for any 30-day money back guarantee. (For example, if your account is canceled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund).

Refunds
Refunds are only available within the 30 day money back period. Quarterly and Annual prepayments (or higher payment cycles) are not eligible for refunds.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments.

Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy specifies certain actions prohibited by WWP. WWP reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time to stay in compliance with any laws, regulations and security requirements. By using WWP services, any customer, or third party unconditionally accepts the terms of this policy.

Activities Subject to Immediate Deactivation
Any account that is used for illegal, abusive, or unethical activity may be immediately deactivated by us without warning to you. Illegal, abusive or unethical activities may include, but are not limited to, pornography, obscenity, nudity, violations of privacy, hacking, computer virus, and any harassing or harmful materials or uses. Wolf Web will not be held responsible for any claim resulting from your publications or use of illegal, abusive, or unethical materials. Although we will make reasonable effort to alert you to such activities and allow you an opportunity to cure them within a 12-hour period after discovery, we are not required to give such notice before deactivating your use of our services if your use is or results in illegal, abusive, or unethical activities.

EMAIL Policy:
Unsolicited e-mail or "spam" originating from an account hosted by Wolf Web is not tolerated. This INCLUDES any e-mail that promotes web sites hosted by Wolf Web and or is sent from an e-mail address not associated with that account.

After the first violation of this policy, we may, at our discretion, disable service without warning and the account may be terminated without refund.

Legitimate mailing lists and subscriber lists are acceptable. Otherwise, it is spam.

ILLEGAL USE.
WWP's Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation coming to or from any unauthorized network or system is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Any violation of the above which compromises the integrity of WWP or any other network is strictly prohibited.

RESOURCES.
WWP reserves the right to monitor and allocate resources. Cgi resources are allocated one per domain. WWP reserves the right to discontinue any script which may cause excessive server load.

SYSTEM AND NETWORK SECURITY.
Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. WWP will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities if a criminal violation is suspected. WWP respects the privacy of customer data and vigilantly protects that data and ALL customers who host with WWP. If any violation of the law is suspected, WWP reserves the right to investigate. Use of the WWP's Hosting Services constitutes consent to monitoring. Examples of unlawful acts, system, or network security violations include, without limitation, the following:

Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, damage, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mailbombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.
Unauthorized access to any data, system, or network from an unauthorized system or network for any purpose which is not lawful or which is intended to do harm.
Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting. Electronic forging of any kind to include but not limited to IP addresses, domains, business names, etc.
